Returns Policy
At Framie, customer satisfaction is our priority.
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Product has manufacturing defects
- Item received is different from the order placed
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Original invoice/order confirmation must be available
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized artwork
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
- In some cases, store credit or replacement may be offered
Framie reserves the right to reject refund requests if the product does not meet return eligibility conditions.

Cancellation Policy

- If the error is from Framie’s side, return shipping costs will be covered by us
